The Patriot after it's first flight on a G125T.

From this angle it looks like the rocket is perfectly fine.

But if you look closer you will see the damage. The only thing stopping the piston strap from traveling further was the forward centering ring.

The zipper travels down most of the body tube.

The fin edge was also chipped on the landing.
Summary of the crash (8/22)
When the button was pressed the patriot lifted off the pad and coasted to around 1,000 feet. There was no deployment at apogee, and the rocket turned around, nose down, and headed for the ground. It finally deployed at arround 150 feet above ground level. The rocket was traveling so fast at deployment that the piston strap ripped through the rocket, down to the forawrd centering ring!
