Mono County

Mono County is in the center of a vast alpine region of breathtaking scenery, fascinating geologic features, and a myriad of recreational opportunities. Located in the Eastern Sierra's heartland, it is a land of high relief and striking contrasts. There are sweeping views of granite crags over 13,000 feet, scenic glacial valleys, clear lakes and streams and plentiful wildlife.
